Pumpkin and Potato Soup
Ingredients
1 kg pumpkin,
1/3 kg potato,
2 onions,
1 stick celery,
5 chicken cubes,
2 rashers bacon,
4 cups water,
2 cups milk,
salt and pepper.
Directions
Chop pumpkin, potato, onions, celery and cook in 4 cups water with chicken cubes added. Fry bacon and add vegetables. When vegetables are soft, place in blender. Add milk, salt and pepper before serving.
